Reporting to the Vice-President, Finance & Strategic Planning, the Sr. Analyst will play an important role in shaping the Company’s long-term business strategy and execution during an exciting period of growth.

What you’ll be doing:
- Support core FP&A responsibilities, assisting the analysis, review, and explanation of monthly/quarterly/annual operating financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Develop and maintain financial models and other financial tools to inform strategic and operational decisions. Advance efforts to optimize these models, improving their accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain monthly/quarterly revenue reports and other KPI dashboards. Analyze trends in our data and contribute actionable insights to key stakeholders
- Conduct analysis of operational KPIs to help identify business opportunities and potential risks, escalating findings to senior leadership
- Work closely with Sales and other cross-functional teams to monitor and report on team performance. Prepare presentation materials and data visualizations for management on a recurring basis
- Follow market trends and other industry developments to support broader organizational strategy discussions
- Support the annual budgeting process, and periodic forecasting cycles, by compiling and validating input data and related go-forward assumptions
- Support internal team optimization efforts to reshape financial reporting and modeling processes; assist in implementing standardization and automation tools/templates
- Liaise with Data Analytics/Business Intelligence teams to ensure that the Finance team is identifying, producing, and distributing actionable reporting across the metrics that matter most to key stakeholders throughout the organization
The skills and experience you bring to the job:
- Extremely strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills
- Proficient in construction and maintenance of detailed 3-statement operating models
- Demonstrated sound business judgment
- Experience working with large data sets from disparate sources
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets user; flexible and creative approach to complex modeling and data presentation
- Experience with Sigma, Redash, Salesforce and/or Snowflake a plus
- Experience leveraging LLMs and ML tools to enhance data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling a plus
- Undergraduate degree with strong academic record
- AdTech or digital media experience preferred
- 2 to 4+ years of professional experience that includes one or more of the following:
- 1+ years in a principal investing role (private equity, hedge fund, etc.)
- 1+ years in investment banking or management consulting combined with 1+ year in an investing role
- 2+ years in a corporate financial role focused on FP&A and strategy

The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
