We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Central Analytics team and help shape the future of our analytics capabilities. The team is located in Espoo, and we work in a hybrid model working from the office 2 days a week. If you are currently not based in Finland, we would be happy to provide you relocation support.

You will have impact and fun at work by:

• Collaborating with User Acquisition, Advertisement, Finance, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams to drive growth and innovation.
• Supporting and optimizing predictive models, including those tracking player Lifetime Value (LTV) and key business metrics.
• Leading data-driven projects, transforming insights into strategic actions that shape Rovio’s success.
• Driving an A/B testing culture, ensuring business decisions are backed by rigorous experimentation and analysis.
• Building and maintaining automated data pipelines and dashboards to support real-time decision-making.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

• Strong quantitative skills with expertise in statistics (hypothesis testing, regression analysis).
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn) and machine learning tools (scikit-learn, statsmodels).
• Skilled in A/B testing, ETL processes, and translating insights into business impact.
• Excellent communication with the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable way.
