• Partner with Operations, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product and Engineering teams to solve problems and develop scalable and sustainable data solutions.
• Consult on processes to drive standardization across teams to drive operational efficiency and data integrity.
• Deeply understand the architecture and integration points of Meta's processes, internal tooling, and data architecture.
• Build/maintain business layer data infrastructure (data pipelines, aggregated data sets, reports, dashboards) to monitor the performance of our operations and drive business understanding.
• Influence and test product and product level data infrastructure that supports GRO business operation decision making and risk management.
• Analyze data, conduct research, and synthesize feedback into technical solutions, projects, processes and playbooks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
• Requires 5 years of experience involving the following:
• 1. Querying and manipulating complex raw datasets (ETL) for analysis using SQL
• 2. Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
• 3. Reporting systems, data pipeline architecture and data modeling and data governance
• 4. Explaining technical concepts and analysis implications clearly to varied audiences
• 5. Translating business objectives into actionable analyses and designing business processes
• 6. Cross-functional working partnerships with business, engineering, and product teams
• 7. Advocating for new technology and analytics solutions to influence cross-functional roadmaps
• 8. Working with petabytes of operations data
• 9. Data warehouse architecture
• 10. Design and develop centralized data repository model with deep understanding of product and user interactions across multiple systems, and evaluating design and operational cost-benefit tradeoffs within systems
• 11. Governance guardrails having privacy and security implications for data management and maturity
• 12. Data foundation to enable longitudinal insights having long-term impact and capability to explore graph data infrastructure and event logging to produce insightful analysis
• 13. Optimization techniques for effective capacity planning. Query tags and text-based annotations dataset having complex datatypes and
• 14. Influence product and cross-functional teams to identify data opportunities to drive impact.
