Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and implement advanced AI/ML models for real-world applications. 
• Develop deep learning and ML algorithms for NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products. 
• Optimize/ fine-tune models for performance, efficiency, and scalability. 
• Stay current with AI advancements and contribute to publications, patents, or open-source projects. 
• Work with large datasets, build data pipelines, and ensure data quality. 
• Deploy AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and build AIOps pipelines. 
• Leverage AI platforms like Hugging Face/GitHub to download and fine-tune pretrained models. 
• OptimizeLLM interactions through advanced Prompt Engineering techniques. 
• Leverage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for enhanced AI response generation. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Publications in top AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, ACL, etc.). 
• Hands-on experience with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark) and databases (SQL, NoSQL). 
• Experience working with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainability. 

Requirements:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. 
• Two or more years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions.
• Experience with AI, Deep learning, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision. 
• Worked with agentic frameworks like (not limited to) Langgraph, LlamaIndex, Smolagents / others.
• Experience in REST API development and NoSQL database.  
• Experience with unstructured data. 
• Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, XGBoost). 
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or Java. 
• Experience with cloud services, MLOps, and model deployment. 
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, generative AI, or large language models (LLMs) is a plus. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a research-oriented mindset.
