Globally manage and resolve 3rd and 4th line of technical support and join the IT Operations function and service desk in the Cognite Bengaluru Office.
You do not give up easily and have the patience to troubleshoot:- MacOS, Windows, and different Linux distributions- Microsoft Defender, Intune, Jamf Pro, and Jamf Protect- M365- Entra ID- Google Workspace (GWS)- Atlassian products like JSM, Confluence, Trello, OpsGenie- SaaS applications Management- Slack- SAML SSO & SCIM

Roles and Responsibilities

• Cloud Solution Management:
• Architecting and deploying integrated solutions across Azure, GWS, and Atlassian.
• Administering and maintaining Azure and M365 environments.
• Operations on IAM, user provisioning, and SaaS mgmt
• Managing and enhancing GWS for enterprise productivity.
• Configuring and utilizing Atlassian tools (JSM, Confluence, Trello).
• Troubleshooting and support complex technical issues across all platforms.
• Automation and Infrastructure:
• Understand and contribute to code automation pipelines.
• Operating and maintaining self-service processes for automated resource provisioning.
• Utilizing Terraform for infrastructure as code management.
• Utilizing PowerShell and Python for system automation.
• Managing version control and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.

Proven technical experience in Azure, GWS & Atlassian:

• Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and develop solutions within Microsoft Azure and M365
• Administrating and optimizing Google Workspace (GWS) for enterprise productivity
• Expertise in configuring and utilizing Atlassian tools (JSM, Confluence, Trello) to develop and maintain our environment
• Successfully resolved complex technical issues within Azure, Entra ID, GWS, and Atlassian platforms, showcasing strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in architecting and deploying solutions that integrate Azure, GWS, and Atlassian services.

In-depth knowledge of code automation and operating internal cloud infrastructure:

• Expertise in maintaining and implementing end-to-end code automation pipelines for efficient software delivery
• Deep understanding of self-service process design and implementation, empowering users with automated resource provisioning
• Ability to optimize and support cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
• Utilize Terraform for defining and managing infrastructure as code across multiple cloud environments
• Advanced proficiency in PowerShell & Python scripting for automating system administration tasks and complex workflows
• Extensive experience using GitHub for version control, collaborative development, and CI/CD pipelines.
