We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join Fulcrum Digital. In Fintech payment web services, API testing, and automation, you will primarily be responsible for all aspects of API, Stress, and Load Testing of our web services. In addition, you will work with the QA Manager to expand the testing framework and tools.

What you’ll do?

• We require strong programming fundamentals and automation experience to help develop in all phases of the release cycle.

• Help us automate and build up the BUCK testing area for API testing, and load regression testing.
• You will be responsible for creating, executing, interpreting, and reporting on API and Load Tests as well as establishing standards and best practices in local and cloud environments.
• The Software QA Automation Engineer is expected to possess the skills necessary for working closely with the QA Manager and the Engineering team during all aspects of the development process. This position requires a self-motivated and dynamic individual with strong technical and communication skills who can contribute to a team environment.
Who are we looking for:
• Experience in the next Scripting and Programming Languages:
-        Java, and Maven.    3 or more years of expertise. (Advanced level)
-        JavaScript.       3 or more years of expertise. (Advanced level)
• Experience with the DB related languages SQL – MySQL, Mongo    2 years of expertise (Junior Level)
• Automation experience with Load testing methodologies for API’s based web services.
3       or more years of expertise. (Advanced Level)
• API Stress, and Load Testing automation development with JMeter and Postman, development strategies; writing test plans, test cases, test tools, executing test plans, and reporting.
      3 or more years of expertise. (Advanced level)

Requirements

Experience with Continuous Integration systems and codebase management with Git.
Ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules.
Able to communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
Create, maintain, and scale automated black-box test suites and documentation for API’s.
Ability to investigate, debug and triage difficult problems in automation, and independently work towards results.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Hispanic people with fluid Spanish language or people with 80% of Spanish language level.
Expertise in front-end manual testing, and front-end automation testing with Selenium (Java, Maven, or Python) developing, executing, and maintaining test suites. 3 years or more (Advanced Level, this will be helpful).
Fintech Industry or Financial Industry expertise will be a plus for this role.
