IT Data analytics for RDM business

We are seeking an IT System Engineer– Data Analytics to join our diverse and dynamic team. In this capacity, you will take charge of end to end development of the Analytics solution, including Testing and release of the solution. By leading and supporting projects/products in close collaboration with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, business analysts, vendors, and other key stakeholders.

Tasks and responsibilities

• As an IT System Engineer, your primary focus will be Leading the full lifecycle development of data analytics applications, from initial design to deployment, ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define specifications, and integrate business logic into application design.
• Drive the development of both frontend and backend components, ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient data processing.
• Establish and oversee a comprehensive testing strategy, including automated testing, to guarantee data quality and application reliability.
• Manage the release process, including deployment, version control, and post-release monitoring to ensure smooth rollouts.
• Work closely with business product owners and SMEs to align development objectives with business goals and deliver data-driven insights through high-quality dashboards.
• Take ownership of data governance and integrity, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by staying informed of the latest industry trends and advancements in data analytics.
• Demonstrate a high level of accountability in product management, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and clear communication of progress.
• Act as a technical mentor within the team, sharing knowledge and contributing to the professional 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering, preferably in a quantitative field.
• 7+ years of solid experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
• Proficient in technologies such as SQL, Oracle, Informatica, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, AWS Glue, S3, Lambda, Hudi, AWS Ingestion Framework, Sagemaker, Airflow, Athena, Deequ, Collibra, and Cloudwatch.
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry with knowledge of GxP is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand and meet their data analytics needs.
• Strong accountability, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of automating testing processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
