ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Execute the implementation of long and short-term strategic and operational plans supporting and aligning with the organization’s enterprise data and reporting strategies, priorities and business needs.

• Lead a Data & Analytics CoE and drive daily operational and tactical needs as well as ongoing projects using Data platform (SAP BW/BI, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Data Lakes, etc.).

• Hands on experience and in-depth knowledge of SAP BW/BI, Power Bi data modeling, DAX formulas, Power Query, data modeling, SQL, VBA and custom visualizations.

• This role would lead the data collection, analysis, governance and interpretation of data to extract actionable insights and drive strategic business decisions by developing data-driven solutions, managing data quality, and presenting findings to key stakeholders.

• Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

• Lead the enterprise data and reporting strategy, analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights, creating comprehensive reports, visualizations and establish data collection processes to ensure accurate and reliable data.

• Implement data quality controls and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.

• Drives data migrations, collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams gain support. Manages strategic and tactical applications needs and requirements aligned to business needs.

• Provides inspired leadership and fosters a cohesive robust team culture that gets results through commitment, collaboration, continuous improvement, and standards.

• Independently develop clear and well-defined plans, driving strategy into actions and results. Identifies bottlenecks or delays in initiatives, defines solutions and drives efforts to ensure deliverables stay on schedule.

• Establish best practices and standards for data management, data integration, data warehousing, business intelligence, analytics and data governance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree Data Science, Statistics with 12+ years of experience OR Master’s/Doctoral degree with 10+ years of experience and 5+ years managing people.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in managing and supporting data and reporting platforms, Data analysis and application integrations; supporting cross-functional business teams.

• 5+ experience in leading Data and Analytics CoE, responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of data warehouse systems/ data lake, reporting and projects.

• Hands-on experience in creating enterprise data and reporting strategy, analytics, data management, architecture and standards that meet business needs and in charge of collecting, analyzing and providing business data models and metrics.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP BW/BI, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including its components and capabilities. Strong understanding of Azure cloud computing, data integration, and data management

• Drive initiatives for data accuracy, reliability, usability, accessibility, and efficiency for BI and analytics applications. Monitor the health and enable business users to access data while ensuring the security of the data warehouse/ data lake environment

• Strong functional and technical experience (must), while driving end-to-end process design and integration. Excellent problem solving, diagnose system deficiencies, root cause analysis skills.

• Demonstrated organizational skills enabling real time prioritization with a strong ability for holding the team accountable to results.

• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, self-motivated and ability to influence others to achieve successful outcomes with a high degree of adaptability, flexibility, creative decision-making, and technical problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and manage technical projects, including identification of project scope, requirements, deliverables, and coordination of project design and implementation activities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a multicultural, multinational environment with ability to handle multiple projects with organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to effectively assess team capabilities to develop and build upon their strengths and development gaps. Ability to motivate, effectively delegate and coach team to create a positive and dynamic working atmosphere.

• Ability to think strategically, deal with ambiguity, synthesize complex data and develop innovative solutions with an end-to-end mindset and identify, track, and help resolve cross-portfolio dependencies and conflicts.

• Strong experience in project management and agile development methodologies with PMP and/or CSM certification (preferable).

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• SAP Functional knowledge.

• Experience with Azure Databricks/Data Lake/Spark/SQL

• Microsoft certifications: Microsoft Fabric/Power BI, Azure/analytics are a plus
