In the GTM analytics COE our mission is to deliver impact by building machine learning products to optimize pricing and marketing investments and provide guidance to our sales organization.

Those products are of high value to the company: Imagine affecting the marketing investments of all of HP products globally across all distribution channels utilizing ML.

In our production environment developers from each domain generate algorithmic models to solve questions such as: Where should I send the completed inventory, which accounts should be assigned how much capacity …

To help our users to interact with those algorithms we wrap them with user interface which needs to be adopted and used by internal customers.

What you will do

• Planning the delivery process, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines.

• Allocating the resources to team members and ensuring that the project stays on track.

• Identifying and managing the delivery timelines

• Communicating with stakeholders, including team members, clients, and other stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the delivery.

• Providing guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks.

• Working with clients or other stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.

• Help save HP people a lot of time and deliver financial results.

What you will need:

• Experience in HP category management or top strategy consulting background is a must.

• Experience in leading products and project managements steer co.

• Strong business acumen and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.

• Team leadership experience

• Ability to understand technical concepts is a plus
