Technical Skills

• Python: Proficiency in Python, especially for backend development using frameworks like FastAPI or Django REST, which are often used in AI and ML integrations.

• Data Engineering: Experience in building data pipelines for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, specifically in automating data extraction from various sources (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, GitLab, JIRA, and Eridoc) and structuring it for downstream systems.

• Azure Cloud Services: Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, particularly:
  • Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services: Familiarity with Azure’s AI services, as they will be involved in LLM processing.
  • Azure Data Factory: For orchestrating complex workflows and pipelines.
  • Azure Search: Proficiency in configuring and managing Azure Cognitive Search for indexing and querying data.

• RESTful API Development: Ability to develop and manage secure APIs for communication between the frontend (React) and backend, as well as with third-party services.

• Database Management: Experience with Azure SQL, NoSQL databases, or Azure Cosmos DB would be valuable for managing structured and unstructured data.

• Experience with AI/ML Models: Some experience integrating and deploying GenAI models or knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines is essential to understand how data can be fed effectively into these systems.
