Job Title: Vice President (VP) of Management Reporting

Reports to : VP of Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Summary: The Vice President of Management Reporting is responsible for overseeing the

internal financial reporting processes, ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of

internal financial statements and reports. This role involves working with a team of financial

professionals, collaborating with various departments, and providing strategic insights to support

the company's internal financial management and decision-making. Responsible for coordinating

all reporting to HIG, the Direct Lender and compliance with Seller reporting obligations. Provides

key insights into the drivers of financial performance of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting Oversight: Plan and direct all aspects of the organization's internal

management reporting processes including management reporting to HIG and lenders.

• Financial Results (Income Statement) Preparation: Oversee the preparation and delivery

of accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders. Ensure accurate and supportable

reporting of one time add-backs (material, non-recurring and separation related activities)

• Value Creation Plan measurement : Redesign management reporting and build a metrics

driven set out outputs that measures the key performance indicators that the company

must be measured against as it executes the value creation plan.

• Cash Flow management : Manage the preparation of the 13 week short term cash flow

model and rolling 12 month 3 statement model (IS, BS, CF). Explain week on week actuals

to forecast variances so the company has the right level of insight into its current and

forecast cash position.

• Excellence in data management : Use the company’s data models to drive improvements

in management reporting that identifies areas of under / over performance (revenues and

expenses) requiring management attention.

• Team Management: Build and manage a team of financial analysts, ensuring high-quality

financial data and reports.

• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with senior executives, HIG, external

auditors and other stakeholders to provide updates on financial performance.

• Strategic Guidance: Provide guidance and advice to other departments on financial

matters to support strategic decision-making.

• Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory changes, advise management of

changes, and adjust policies and procedures to maintain compliance.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 20+ years of managerial experience in financial reporting or a related

field. Public company and/or Private Equity company experience is required.

• Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, business

administration, or a related field.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or other relevant financial

certifications.

• Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting processes, accounting principles,

and regulatory requirements.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions.

• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address issues affecting overall performance

proactively.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

166,500 USD

Maximum :

264,300 USD

Pay Transparency Statement: Strada considers a variety of factors in determining whether to extend an offer of employment and in setting the appropriate compensation level, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography.
