  1. Position Summary:

This role is primarily aimed at ensuring the quality, integrity and accuracy of the data in the platform, as well as facilitating effective communication between the various technical and management teams. The person in this position will actively contribute to improving and streamlining internal processes, monitor and respond to data quality issues and play a key role in liaising with customers and other departments within the company.

  1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Mastering each process along with all the tasks that come with it and continuously helping to improve and streamline them
  • Ability to organize and communicate in the workplace
  • Maintaining active communication with the Manager, Team Leader and the rest of the team
  • Ability to organize and communicate in the workplace
  • Maintaining good and constant liaison with the Customer Management department
  • Determination and involvement in problem detection, monitoring and resolution
  • Reporting any problems encountered to the people with this responsibility
  • Active participation in solving team tasks
  • Active involvement in understanding all processes, developing and streamlining them
  • Identify the elements that can influence the company’s activity from an information point of view, ensuring their correct management
  • Presence of discipline and loyalty, demonstrating in all circumstances a civilized and fair attitude towards all persons with whom they come into contact
  • Respecting all the responsibilities that come with each process, aiming to carry out the necessary tasks in carrying out each activity
  • Carrying out other activities related to the purpose of the job as specified by the persons having this right
  • Fulfillment of common company goals and annual personal goals established in advance with the Team Manager
  • Use of internal materials for correct application of procedures in the activities undertaken on a daily basis
  • Completion of all training programs required for knowledge of each process provided by the company
  • Active participation in weekly meetings, coming up with opinions and improvements (where necessary) on the processes that took place that week
  • Active participation in providing feedback in 1-1 meetings with the Project Manager
  • Easily understand and observe data quality issues
  • Providing support to the Customer Management department in solving urgent problems
