About the Internship

Do you want to work on solving real-world business challenges using cutting-edge technology? Are you excited about how AI and NLP are transforming various industries, from financial to legal? With hands-on experience, you will analyze unstructured text, develop AI-powered solutions, and contribute directly to process improvements with your work.

What you’ll be doing

As part of our dynamic team, you’ll engage with a variety of fascinating NLP tasks that have real-world implications. From document classification to information extraction and text generation, you’ll have the chance to contribute to critical applications shaping industries worldwide using cutting-edge technologies.

Along the way, you’ll develop essential skills to:

• Explore, Design and Develop:
  • You’ll have the opportunity to experiment with different techniques, play a key role in building and refining models and contribute to the entire development process; transforming unstructured text into structured, actionable insights to help solve real-world business challenges.

• Collaborate:
  • You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, gaining insights from colleagues and contributing to global projects.

• Evaluate and Improve:
  • You’ll help assess model performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on solutions to enhance their impact and effectiveness.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for highly motivated, curious and talented students to join our team and contribute to the advancement of document intelligence within Intapp in this exciting internship role.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks, gained either in industry experience or academic and personal projects
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including tasks such as document classification, information extraction, and text generation.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus
• Curiosity about the power of AI to solve business problems and improve processes.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
