Position Overview:

As part of the Supply Chain Service Data & Analytics Capabilities Team that deliver Analytical Products/Solutions for our Technical Innovation & Supply Chain (Technical Innovation & Supply Chain) function.

We are looking for a hands on data and visualization Analyst who can help with product development and support operations. You will build data-centric solutions that provide actionable business insights and deepen analytic capabilities for the TI&SC function.  You will also work cross functionally with technology and business teams to align on deliverables and ensure projects are delivered as agreed. You will participate in discussions including Cloud Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Dashboard Design and End to End Application Development. Previous Supply Chain experience is a big plus for this position.

The successful candidate will ensure that products are delivered on time, and to a high-quality standard. In this role you will have the opportunity to build and troubleshoot ingestion pipelines from heterogeneous sources,  support business team to design and build solutions based on business requirements. You will also work with data engineering, analytics team.


Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess extensive understanding/hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
  • Develop solutions within the Power Platform ecosystem, focusing on leveraging the full capabilities of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Define, build, test, and implement scalable data orchestration layers using SQL and Azure Functions.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions for the Microsoft Power Apps platform.
  • Participate in and contribute to the design, conceptualization, wireframing, and storyboarding of new capabilities and solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and work effectively in an agile environment.
  • Plan and manage development and support activities from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Assess the current state, understand business context in depth, translate it into outputs, and formulate recommendations for sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of business processes, identify gaps, and uncover transformation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain project technical documentation and project plans.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues, including missing data and poor data quality.
  • Possess skills in architecting medium to large data models.
  • Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
  • Capable of analyzing large sets of complex finance and supply chain data.


Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft power platform , Azure suite.
  • Knowledge in developing solutions using Azure, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, problem solving ability and along with relationship management ability.
  • Data and detail oriented along with analytical thinking.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies, Data modelling, data warehousing concepts.
  • A passion for technology and staying updated with the latest trends and developments in the power platform and Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Self-motivated and directed with an attention to detail.
  • Develops processes and strategies to deliver outcomes that meet customer goals.
  • Change oriented, actively generates ideas and manage multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly.


Preferred Experience & competencies:

  • 2+ years of experience in business process automation, ideally with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing solutions using Azure, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Experience in architecting and deploying solutions globally using the power platform.
  • Demonstrated customer focus – Evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer and ensures enhanced experience.
  • Experience in model driven power apps.
  • Experience with understanding business process management, workflow automation and user centric solution development.
  • Experience in Supply Chain domain is highly preferred.

Pay Range:

$85,300 - $101,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:

7.5

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
