We are seeking a hands-on Master Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA master data management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day master data maintenance, auditing master data records, and troubleshooting data-related errors to ensure accurate and efficient Order to Cash (OTC) operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work collaboratively across departments to uphold data integrity and support business processes.
How you’ll shape the future of the Global SIOP Team:
- Execute daily updates, audits, and validations of materials, logistics, planning, and customer master data in SAP S/4HANA.
- Troubleshoot and resolve master data errors impacting OTC processes, including data inconsistencies in customer, material, and logistics records.
- Monitor master data entry queues, identify missing or inconsistent records, and escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies while maintaining master data standards.
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and IT to support accurate master data across the organization.
- Assist in data migration, cleansing, and enrichment projects for system upgrades and enhancements.
- Maintain SAP master data templates, update records, and document best practices.
You’ll be someone who can bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required with a preference for a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or IT.
- Minimum three years experience in Master Data management, data auditing, or maintenance within SAP S/4 HANA.
- Strong proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA Master Data (OTC focus on materials, logistics, planning and customer planning)
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation) proficiency
- Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, SAP IBP, SAP SAC) is a plus
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
