As a Services Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of regulatory and transformative programs. You will be a key member of the global Services COO (Chief Operating Office) team, reporting to the Services Core Program Management Lead. Your primary focus will be on the execution of the Data Program, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business areas, including Product, Operational Risk & Controls, and Operations & Technology.
This is an opportunity to:
Contribute to the strategic direction and successful execution of COO Services remediation efforts.
Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple countries, products, and control functions.
Gain exposure across the Services business and participate in regional/global forums.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage day-to-day activities for assigned programs.
Collaborate with Program/Project Managers across programs to manage dependencies and deliverables.
Engage and manage stakeholders, ensuring their understanding of program scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables.
Develop, maintain, and track project plans, including key milestones and tasks.
Provide regular status reporting, communicate next steps and dependencies, and document decisions and changes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate risks and issues.
Ensure adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, controls, and standards.
Coordinate updates and maintain business-mandated Project Management Tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
6+ years of experience in Program/Project Management or PMO, working on large-scale, regulatory, or transformative cross-functional programs/projects.
Strong understanding of the financial services industry.
Experience working in global and virtual teams.
Knowledge of Services products and Services preferred.
Experience with data transformation initiatives preferred.
PMP certification highly preferred.

Self-starter mentality with a commitment to high standards.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Project).
Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred.
