In this role, you will:

• Platform Engineering: Architect and implement robust platform solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient.

• Ensure end-to-end platform reliability, from development through to operations, leveraging platform engineering principles.

• Establish automation frameworks, reusable components, and monitoring systems to manage infrastructure and applications effectively.

• Champion modern engineering practices, such as API-first development and event-driven system design.

• Continuously enhance and evolve platform capabilities to support business growth and innovation.

• Platform Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of AI/ML platforms to ensure uptime, reliability, and scalability.

• Monitor and proactively troubleshoot platform performance, addressing operational bottlenecks efficiently.

• Ensure all platform operations align with industry standards and best practices.

• Establish robust monitoring and alerting systems to predict and resolve platform incidents.

• AI & ML Platform: Build and maintain AI & ML platforms with a focus on scalability, security, and high performance.

• Collaborate with product teams to enable AI/ML services and operationalize models.

• Strong programming skills in Python & Pyspark

• Deploy AI models/LLM’s tailored for real-world business applications.

• Optimize model performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.

• Handson expertise on building orchestration layer for Gen AI solutions including langchain, langgraph, vectorDB’s, RAG, etc

• DevOps Excellence: Drive automation through advanced CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Utilize tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform to streamline deployments and enhance reliability.

• Integrate internal and external systems with APIs and event-driven architectures to ensure seamless interoperability.

• Cloud Architecture: Lead the implementation of highly available and scalable big data platforms across various domains.

• Provide cost-effective, performance-driven cloud infrastructure solutions.

• Oversee installation, tuning, and maintenance of big data tools and ensure seamless integration with business systems.

• UI/UX Integrations: Integrating backend API with front end react

• Develop reusable components and libraries to accelerate development cycles.

• Resolve UX challenges with innovation and attention to performance requirements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT Functional Engineers, Solution Engineers, Developers, Enterprise Architects, and Business Stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

• Maintain a strong understanding of global standards and industry best practices to ensure technical excellence.

• Pioneer new approaches to solve complex business challenges and drive transformational change.

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience

• B-tech in Engineering & computer science.

• Core Expertise: AI & ML: Proven experience in developing and deploying scalable machine learning/Gen AI models and platforms.

• DevOps: Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, and advanced CI/CD practices.

• Cloud Technologies: In-depth knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP with the ability to design and manage cost-effective infrastructures.

• Big Data: Expertise in high-availability platforms and tools for managing large-scale datasets.

• API Development: Strong command over FastAPI, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven system architectures.

• UI/UX: Mastery in React.js, JavaScript, and building reusable UI components.

• Leadership and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a focus on troubleshooting and optimization.

• Ability to mentor teams and promote collaboration across functions.

• Passion for driving innovation and delivering tangible results.

• Value-Added Skills: Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow and Kubeflow.

• Experience in cost optimization for cloud-based infrastructures.

• Knowledge of A/B testing, data versioning, and model monitoring frameworks.
