Job Responsibilities:

The AI/ML Product Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of machine learning and artificial intelligence products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and designers to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. The AI/ML Product Manager ensures alignment with business goals, conducts market research, and gathers customer insights to drive innovative solutions. They oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration, ensuring high-quality deliverables. With a strong technical background and a keen understanding of AI/ML technologies, the AI/ML Product Manager bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver impactful products that meet market demands and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and designers to develop and deliver innovative AI/ML solutions.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
•  Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and technical feasibility.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch iteration.
• Manage product backlog, sprints, and releases, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and updates to stakeholders, including executives and team members.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback, and implement improvements and optimizations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and industry trends.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and deployment.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and communication between technical and business teams.
• Drive adoption and usage of AI/ML products through effective go-to-market strategies and user education.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards in AI/ML development.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field;
• Experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager or Solutions Engineer, preferably with a focus on AI/ML products.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science principles.
• Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Strong project management skills, including managing product lifecycles, backlogs, sprints, and releases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with market research and customer insight gathering techniques.
• Knowledge of industry trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies.
• Experience with product performance monitoring and user feedback analysis.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of relevant regulations and ethical standards in AI/ML development.
• Experience with go-to-market strategies and driving product adoption.
•  Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
