Its mandate is to provide an integrated view and end-to-end management of operational and risk control for the Personal Services Executive Division, improve support for each of the component's divisions and liaise with other key stakeholders. As a Senior Advisor in Management Information and Data Analysis, you help meet data consolidation needs and create and produce reports and indicators to support decision-making. You map, analyze and adapt management and data systems based on new requirements. Your initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your field of expertise. You make recommendations on the development and execution of initiatives with a very high degree of operational and conceptual complexity. You use your analytical skills and comprehensive, in-depth understanding of your line of business and the organization. Coordination is critical. You interact with many stakeholders working in a wide range of fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. You serve as an expert advisor and subject matter expert. More specifically, you will be required to:
Advise your manager and your clients and partners to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic deliverables and initiatives under your responsibility.
Closely monitor results, diagnose issues and make recommendations.
Identify and analyze issues and escalate major issues related to financial and non-financial risk.
Monitor and anticipate trends in your field to develop best practices for the organization.
Oversee the development and evolution of measurement tools, global performance indicators, etc., in support of the deliverables and strategic mandates of your unit.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Proficiency in designing dashboards with Power BI
Proficiency with Microsoft 365
Proficiency with Jira
Knowledge of retail financial services
Knowledge of Power Query
