Overall Job Purpose:

Responsible for driving business intelligence and data analytics within the Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) team to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. This role plays a critical part in Adaptive Targeting, MJO Forecasting, and Brand Dashboard development, ensuring that business insights are effectively leveraged for performance optimization. Additionally, the role involves analyzing data from business execution and other relevant sources to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. The position also focuses on integrating various data sources and analytics to provide a comprehensive and strategic understanding of the market landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Intelligence and Data Analytics

• Lead Adaptive Targeting initiatives by analyzing market and business execution data to refine targeting strategies.
• Support MJO Forecasting by integrating multiple data sources, analyzing trends, and generating insights to optimize business planning.
• Develop, manage, and enhance Brand Dashboards using tools such as Power BI to provide real-time, data-driven insights for business stakeholders.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges by combining data-driven insights with business objectives.

Data Utilization for Forecasting and Market Analysis

• Leverage various market data sources to support forecasting and market analysis.
• Integrate insights from multiple data sets to enhance strategic decision-making and business planning.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in audit, consulting, or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of data management and analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other data visualization tools, with experience in dashboard development and management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Skilled in presenting research findings and insights through reports and dashboards.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities with stakeholders.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present research results and conclusions in written reports.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently and on time.
• Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in utilizing healthcare and market data sources to support analysis and forecasting.
• Fluent English proficiency preferred.
