As our Head of Digital Analytics, you'll lead a dynamic, agile team to elevate analytics capabilities across customer segments, products, and channels. Your work will shape state-of-the-art digital sales journeys and enhance customer experiences across our platforms. In close collaboration with digital marketing and sales stakeholders, you'll set the strategic analytics roadmap, driving impactful insights and innovative solutions. You'll lead a talented team of data engineers, BI specialists, and data scientists, building analytics solutions that deliver measurable business results in a fast-paced, collaborative, and vibrant environment.

• Own and optimize the end-to-end Digital Analytics infrastructure—from data collection and processing to insights generation, activation, and ensuring data quality through advanced tracking and tag management
• Lead the migration and management of analytics tools, including A/B testing, targeting, and audience building from Adobe Suite to the Google Marketing Platform ecosystem
• Drive strategic decision-making with actionable analytics, contributing key insights to weekly and monthly business trading meetings
• Develop and enhance the Customer Data Platform (CDP), integrating multiple data sources and delivering advanced customer profiling through behavioral segmentation
• Collaborate closely with Digital Sales and Data Science teams, leading omnichannel attribution modeling and unlocking powerful predictive analytics use cases
• Empower and develop your analytics team, fostering growth in digital business analysis, data science, and web analytics, while championing a data-driven culture across the organization

• Proven track record in digital data analytics
• Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with Python or R a plus. And expertise in data visualization (Qlik, Looker, or similar tools)
• Solid experience in digital sales funnel tracking & understanding of data governance and regulatory frameworks.
• Expert knowledge on Cloud Architecture and Engineering; GCP a plus\Have experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and segmentation strategies
• Are a natural communicator and storyteller in English—preferably, with a flair for engaging narratives!
• Fluent in English, German a nice to have
