Our office is located in the technology park of Sophia Antipolis. We have a hybrid work mode with two days (of your choice) in the office per week and up to three days working from home.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

• Lead decisions around the design and development of our data stack from new data ingestion into our data lake to inhouse ML services to be embedded into our products

• Be responsible for ensuring the data foundation is performant, cost efficient and scales with business needs and further drive the development of our analytics and ML capabilities

• Be responsible for a full GCP project (architecture, choice of technologies, cost monitoring, alerting, etc..)

• Collaborate closely with our data product owner, you will develop inhouse data & ML services to enhance our customers experience

• Communicate and align with various teams on business and technical needs to conduct your projects

• Lead and coach a small team of data & ML engineers and scientists

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in building big data analytical platforms 

• 3+ years of experience in ML ops (e.g. MLFlow, Google Vertex AI)

•  💻 Strong programming skills (Python)

•  📊 Strong SQL and data modeling skills

•  🔄 Strong experience with ML models lifecycle management to expose models into production environments (deployment, retraining)

• 🤝 Ability to work well across different teams and to deal with ambiguity

• 🌟Strong dedication to drive change with a positive can-do attitude

•  🌍 Fluency in English both written and verbal, German is a plus

• 🚀 Eager to keep up to date and leverage latest ML technologies in a broad and challenging business environment
