We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Tricentis Data Integrity (DI), our cutting-edge data validation and integrity testing solution. You will play a critical role in shaping the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives, and delivering customer-centric solutions that ensure data accuracy, compliance, and reliability across enterprise systems.
The role is based in Prague, Czech Republic, with a hybrid office set up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Tricentis Data Integrity, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and Tricentis’ AI-driven testing vision.
- Identify growth opportunities, competitive differentiation, and key industry use cases to enhance product positioning.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business impact and market expansion.
- Partner with engineering, UX, and AI teams to build scalable, intuitive, and AI-powered data validation solutions.
- Partner with Tricentis AI Services and broader product teams to create seamless integrations across the Tricentis portfolio.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
- Define feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, prioritizing based on impact and feasibility.
- Drive agile product development with a focus on rapid iteration and data-driven decision-making.
- Engage with enterprise customers to understand their data testing challenges, regulatory requirements, and automation goals.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to refine product direction.
- Enable solution engineers and partners with the right tools, documentation, and training to drive adoption.
- Work closely with sales, customer success, and solution engineers to ensure a deep understanding of customer pain points.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling messaging, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience with product transitioning from on prem to cloud.
- Strong understanding of data integrity and ETL is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.), and enterprise data ecosystems is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, with a knack for bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Agile/Scrum certification or significant experience with agile development methodologies.
- Deep understanding of software development and quality assurance processes.
