Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) en recherche et exploitation de vulnérabilité  (ALL EGNDER) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de la division Airbus Commercial sur son site de Blagnac - Wings Campus. 

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 15 personnes au sein du département « Corporate security - Cybersecurity Evaluation and Test» en charge des recherches de vulnérabilité, rétro-ingénierie, test d’intrusion et de simulation d’attaques sur le système d’information ou les produits Airbus.

Cet apprentissage consistera à participer aux recherches de vulnérabilités sur les systèmes intégrés dans le système d’information de l’entreprise ou sur les produits Airbus, en ciblant particulièrement  les projets intégrant de l’intelligence artificielle afin de mettre en oeuvre des techniques d’attaques émergentes dans ce domaine. 

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2025 pour une durée de 2 ou  3 an(s). 

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

● Analyse de la surface d’attaque des systèmes (menaces, chemin d’attaque…)

● Analyse de l’implémentation (revue de code, configuration…) et exploitation de chemins d’attaque

● Développement d’outils pour tester la surface d’attaque

• Compréhension des vulnérabilités identifiées

• Documentation et partage des vulnérabilités avec les parties prenantes

Compétences & Prérequis:

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +5 dans le domaine de l’information, la cybersécurité, science des données pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 2 ou 3 ans. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

● Sécurité informatique 

● Infrastructure en nuage 

● Ingénierie des données 

● Mathématiques appliquées aux systèmes utilisant de l’intelligence artificielle

• Programmation (Python, Rust, C,Go…)

• Recherche de vulnérabilités

Soft skills :

• Curiosité, rigueur
• Goût pour l’apprentissage et travail d”équipe.

Compétences linguistiques : 

• Anglais :   avancé
• Français : courant 

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

Notre processus de sélection 

L’ensemble des candidatures sont étudiées par un recruteur. 

Si votre candidature est validée par le recruteur vous serez invité à réaliser un entretien vidéo différé. Il sera visionné puis partagé au manager du poste si votre candidature est présélectionnée en Short List. Le manager/ tuteur organisera des entretiens/ échanges avec les candidats short listés retenus avant de sélectionner le candidat final pour cette alternance.

An apprenticeship offer entitled "Apprentice Vulnerability research (ALL GENDER)" has just opened within Corporate Security - Evaluation and Test team on Blagnac site.

You will join the department in charge of vulnerability hunting, reverse engineering, pentest and red team activities on standard IT products (infrastructure, phones, cloud services, etc.) and on the company's own products (planes, helicopters, satellites, etc.) or operational technologies (access control, ICS, video surveillance, etc.).

This apprenticeship will consist in contributing to the vulnerability research on IT systems and particularly Artifical intelligence based systems applying emerging attack technics.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2025 and will last 2 or 3 year(s).

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities. 

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 

You will contribute to the following main activities: 

• Explore the Airbus  IA-based systems design to understand their attack surface

• Based on the applicable threat landscape and applicable threat attack paths, identify the different techniques and tools to test the security of these systems

• Perform evaluation of some selected targets

• Share progress and results with VCE team members through dedicated workshops

• Contribute to share knowledge with the security test community within Airbus

But also, we’ll be animated by a team player mindset, curiosity, rigor. 

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC+ 5 level training in the field of IT, data science, artificial intelligence or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 2 or 3 years. 

You have the following knowledge and skills: 

• Security of  operating systems (Windows and/or Linux): 

• Managing network security (Firewall, VPN-Gateway, Proxy, Probes)

• Cloud computing, solutions and architecture (AWS, Azur)

• programming and / or scripting (, C, C++, Python, rust, Go…)

• SecDevOps platforms (Github)

• Security vulnerability research

Language skills: 

• English: advanced
• French: advanced

Our selection process:

If your application is retained by the recruiter during this first review, you will be invited to conduct a deferred video interview. This will be viewed and then shared with the manager if your application is shortlisted. 

The manager will organize interviews with the shortlisted candidates before selecting the final candidate for the apprenticeship.
