As a Lead BI Developer, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our B2B analytics product, designed to help organizations better action insights on their data. This product is built on Azure, Snowflake, and Power BI Embedded, offering our customers embedded analytics and self-service reporting to drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance BI solutions.
• Ensure customers can easily access and visualize key insights.
• Define data models, optimize data pipelines, and develop interactive dashboards.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and data engineers to continuously improve the product.
• Ensure the product meets the evolving needs of our B2B customers.

As an ideal candidate you have : 

• Proven experience in BI product development, ideally in embedded analytics or SaaS analytics solutions.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and report development.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Azure data-related services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Fabric).
• Solid SQL skills and experience designing scalable data warehouses and analytical models.
• Experience working with customer requirements, translating business needs into actionable BI solutions.
• Performance tuning skills to ensure reports and queries run efficiently at scale.
• Excellent collaboration skills, working with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
• Ability to mentor peer developers and establish best practices for BI development.
• Extensive experience with DevOps and CI/CD concepts for BI solutions.

Other preferred qualifications would be : 

• Experience integrating analytics into web applications (Power BI Embedded).
• Familiarity with dbt for data transformations in Snowflake.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
