What You Will Be Doing:

Sales and Delivery Support and Quality Control:

• Drive scalable, ethical, and impactful GenAI solutions to ensure measurable business outcomes and long-term success while supporting the sale and delivery of our most sophisticated engagements.
• Act as the primary liaison for all GenAI-related endeavors, ensuring detailed communication and teamwork between collaborators, both internal and external.
• Monitor and ensure high-quality sales and delivery of all GenAI engagements.

Product Integration:

• Work with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback from the field, and drive co-innovation efforts to increase customer value and happiness.
• Understand the product roadmap to ensure service readiness by anticipating and enabling the vital development and execution ahead of product releases.

Community Enablement, Engagement, and Development:

• Ensure excellence by training service team members on the capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations of GenAI to boost confidence and understanding.
• Participate in the ARB leadership team to establish and maintain technical guidelines, standard methodologies, and protocols. Contribute to discussions and decision-making within the ARB leadership to craft technical direction.
• Serve on promotion panels to evaluate candidates for senior-level advancement, ensuring objective and standardized criteria are applied.

Services Offering Development and Ongoing Management :

• Craft and develop clear, value-driven GenAI service offerings that meet customer needs and market demand.
• Identify high-value use cases for GenAI across industries and build frameworks for their successful implementation.
• Build, automate, and streamline processes for developing and deploying GenAI solutions.

What You Will Bring:

• 8+ years of professional services, consulting, or related field.
• Deep expertise in generative AI technologies, frameworks, and applications, with hands-on experience in implementing AI-driven solutions.
• Proven track record to define and implement a global strategy for GenAI adoption, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to encourage and guide cross-functional teams, cultivate collaboration, and drive innovation.
• Knowledge of AI/ML tools, natural language processing, and related technologies, combined with experience in crafting reusable assets and scalable solutions.
• Successfully led sophisticated projects, including defining timelines, prioritising, and delivering timely, high-quality results.
• Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build trust with both internal teams and external partners!
• Ability to travel 25% of the time, as required.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in building automation tools or frameworks for GenAI solution delivery.
• Familiarity with developing enablement programs, including training workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• A track record of public references or case studies showcasing successful GenAI implementations.
• Certifications in AI/ML technologies, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or cloud-based AI solutions.
• Deep technical expertise and knowledge of Elasticsearch and Elastic Solutions
• Knowledge of ethical AI practices and frameworks for responsible implementation
