Our Instructors are the role models for the students studying on our AI for middle-senior professionals and managers program. They mentor students, help them with difficult concepts and assignments, teach them the skills necessary to enhance productivity and innovation. They guide students through the program, making sure all students get the most out of both regardless of their background.

What you will do

Instructors are a core part of students’ educational process because they:

• Conduct online training sessions using prepared scripts developed by instructional designers;
• Mentor students during 1-1 video calls — they deal with different questions from students including a deeper explanation of certain concepts, tools or skills, supporting and navigating students in their assignments;
• Communicate with students via “Q&A style” video sessions for walk-in questions;
• Host webinars and other educational events for groups of students (about the content covered in our program), or participate in other non-educational meetings with students.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of proven professional experience at the intersection of business and AI: implementing AI in a company, optimizing business processes using AI, consulting businesses on the use of AI.

2. 3+ years of teaching and/or public speaking experience on professional topics.

3. Proficiency in both English and Spanish.

4. Knowledge stack :

• Understanding the fundamentals of AI technologies;
• Designing AI projects;
• Measuring and monitoring AI performance;
• Using AI in business process optimisation;
• Governing AI projects;
• Implementing AI;
• Understanding the risks and downsides of working with AI;
• AI Teams and Organization.

5. Additional Skills (Highly Desirable):

• Understanding the specifics of implementing and applying AI in one or more areas: sales, marketing, HR, decision-making, customer experience, and operational efficiency;
• Understanding of motivational design principles in education;
• Basic facilitation skills.
