We’re looking for a Senior Technical Solution Engineer who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby’s Technical Solutions Engineering team It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.

Joining our Technical Solutions Engineering team, you’ll work with world class and passionate people to drive technical tasks to configure and deploy Media products to our clients around the world. Drive implementation activities and be accountable for all deployment & improvement initiatives for specific dunnhumby Media products, keeping tabs on cross-solution initiatives to streamline best practices on implementation. Act as reference point for technical deployments of dunnhumby Media services with the client’s engineering team and internal engineering and product teams. Be accountable for End to End Media configurations from development through to testing, market acceptance and go-live into Production. Trace issues encountered during technical implementation and testing to root cause.

What we expect from you

· 5+ years work experience as Technical Solution Engineer or similar field e.g. Technical Implementation Specialist within Media

· excellent understanding of the Adtech industry and good knowledge of google products (e.g. GAM, DV360), Meta (former Facebook) platform, Pinterest, Tiktok and services

· excellent communication skills and manage various stakeholders from client services to developer teams

· Solution and workflow optimization mindset

· 3+ years experience in the Ecommerce or Retail Media sector and a good understanding of ecommerce or Retail Media operations

· 3+ years experience working with 3rd party TagManagers, 3rd party Adservers, 3rd party Tracking solutions in web&app, CMS, Programmatic & media buying

· Excellent MS excel skills

· good understanding of data management

· Basic Python, basic JavaScript, basic SQL and troubleshot basic code lines
