General DescriptionAt CI&T, we're growing fast and looking for a talented, motivated Data Engineer to join our team. You'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions for our global clients.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and usability.Integrate data quality into data pipelines.Implement dimensional data modeling.Implement/work with client Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions.Implement/work within client Data Governance practices (catalog, lineage, etc).
Requirements:Advanced English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).Experience working with international clients.Coding experience with PythonExperience with Snowflake and DBTStrong background in data engineering with modern data stacks.Experience in a cloud (Azure) environment using SQL and/or Spark (with Apache Airflow and Dataforms).Familiarity with Data Quality practices.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes.Expertise in dimensional data modeling.Experience with Data Lake/Data Warehouse implementations.Understanding of Data Governance principles.
