Data analyst | Mid

The Data, Research, and Insights department possesses a growth mindset based on insightful data. We enjoy performing statistical analyses with Looker, BigQuery, Google Analytics, and Tableau to conclude product or customer experience improvement.
About the role: we are looking for a Data analyst to turn the data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will analyze trends, create reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to support data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate is both data-driven and results-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Main responsibilities

• Help define KPIs and monitor them in automated reports and dashboards;
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities;
• Present findings in a clear, compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and governance;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to help them track the results, find valuable insights, and deliver data-driven decisions.

Core requirements

• You have demonstrated experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing complex data using SQL;
• You are interested in data storytelling and have hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and statistical analysis methods;
• You have strong communication and collaboration skills;
• You are attentive to detail;
• Experience with SaaS products will be a big advantage.

Tools you will use

• Google Bigquery, Looker, Google Analytics 4, GS / Excel.

Salary range

• Gross Salary 2200-4500 EUR/month
