About the Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate PhD student in AI/ML who is eager to apply LLM-based models to solve real-world challenges. Join Veza, where we are building an iconic identity security company to answer two critical questions:

1. Who has access to what?
2. What are they doing with that access?

At Veza, we leverage cutting-edge AI/ML to solve some of the most complex problems in identity security, including:

• Scalable integrations with enterprise systems
• High-fidelity risk discovery & explanations
• Intelligent recommendations & remediations

We are looking for passionate PhD interns to contribute to solve these challenges. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of AI and identity security, making a tangible impact while advancing your research.

You Will:

• Apply your AI / ML expertise to solve real world problems in identity security
• Work with Veza’s core engineering team to build an end-to-end solution for challenging problems.
• Gain experience in the Software Development Lifecycle and contribute to building an enterprise-grade product feature with significant customer impact.

You Are: 

• A graduate student who is pursuing a PhD degree in computer science or related fields.
• Have conducted research in LLM-related fields and possess a strong understanding of LLM model implementation.
• Possess strong coding skills and a commitment to writing clean, efficient code.
• Eager to learn the challenges of identity security.

At Veza, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
