Data Analyst - Intermediate (Work from Home)

Responsibilities

• Work with the security team to identify vulnerabilities and check if controls are in place
• Find trends and maturity in applications
• Support the Health and Safety team
• Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, internal departments and vendors to manage all assigned scope
• Assess scope to ensure accuracy, identify risk and approve test cases to assigned scope
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment between stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate business processes and systems, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Respond to issues and manage business stakeholder expectations
• Manage a high rate of change within constrained timelines in a very fast-paced environment
• Drive innovation and simplicity - identifying opportunities and drive process improvements, standardization, and enablers to gain efficiencies
• Proactively identify risks and issues impacting project delivery or business operations, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with Data Analysis using SQL as primary tool
• At least 3 years of experience with Data Visualization using Tableau, Excel, Powerpoint, and other data presentation tools
• At least 3 years of database knowledge and performing data cleaning, preparation, adhoc queries, report validation, and formatting
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
