Key Responsibilities :

• Play a pivotal role in onboarding customer and extracting data from platforms such as Banks, ERPs, and SaaS tools by standardizing the data.
• Build automation pipelines to generate and distribute customer reports via Slack and email, significantly reducing manual effort and operational costs.
• Improve visibility for internal customer teams by creating high-accuracy, low-latency reporting systems.
• Help onboard customers with their unique data schemas and business needs to ensure seamless transitions and standardized solutions.
• Develop and build internal features that help with engineering workflows..

Qualifications & Skill Set Required:

• Expertise in data analytics with 1 - 2 years of experience supporting reconciliation, analysis.
• Experience with Python/R/Pyspark for data analysis and automation.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Ability to analyze complex data sets, draw insights, and present findings effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and interpret large data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders. Strong collaborator, adept at presenting data insights to cross-functional teams and executives to guide strategic decision-making.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and legal processes (preferred, but not necessarily required).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
