Position Overview

Are you a qualified and proficient Data Science Leader with the proven ability to drive business growth & operational efficiency? Presight needs your skills to develop and deliver diverse data products across the company—including, but not limited to, recommendation engines, predictive models, business-logic automation and machine learning.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Mentor: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• AI Platform Development: Drive the development of our AI platform, focusing on Agentic AI capabilities, LLM integration, and advanced machine learning models.
• Agentic AI Expertise: Architect and implement Agentic AI solutions, including planning, reasoning, and action execution, to create autonomous and intelligent systems.
• LLM Integration: Oversee the integration of various LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama, etc.) both on-premises and cloud, ensuring seamless deployment and optimal performance.
• Machine Learning Development: Lead the development of conventional machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning models for diverse applications.
• AI Research and Innovation: Drive AI research initiatives, staying abreast of the latest advancements and translating them into practical solutions.
• Product Development: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements, develop AI-powered features, and ensure successful product launches.
• AI/ML Operations (MLOps): Implement and optimize MLOps pipelines for efficient model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic direction of the AI platform, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise, ensuring the team adheres to best practices and maintains high standards of code quality and performance.
• Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.

Skills:

• Proven experience in building and deploying AI systems from scratch in fast-paced environments.
• Strong expertise in Agentic AI concepts, Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs) and their application.
• Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of MLOps practices and tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Product acumen with the ability to work with product managers.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with specialized AI hardware (e.g., GPUs, TPUs).
• Publications in top AI conferences or journals.
• Experience with specific industry applications of AI (e.g., finance, healthcare, smart cities).
• Experience with building tools for AI model explainability and fairness.
• Experience with AI security and privacy.
