AI Software Developer

Aspire Software is looking for a AI Software Developer to join our team in Lebanon.

We are looking for a Full Stack AI Software Engineer to spearhead the development of AI-based applications and features, including chatbots, AI-driven recommendations, and form auto-population tools. This role will work closely with our Head of R&D, Head of QA, and existing development teams to drive AI innovation while also helping to free up capacity for our core engineering team.

What your day will look like:

• End-to-End AI Development: Co-own the entire lifecycle of AI-powered feature and application development, from ideation to production.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with R&D, QA, and software teams to build and integrate AI-driven functionality into our existing software.
• AI Roadmap Speed to Execution: drive speed to execution on AI feature roadmap, balancing long-term vision with immediate execution.
• Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Move fast, build MVPs, and continuously refine AI-driven features for real-world application.
• Technical Execution: Implement AI models, APIs, and automation solutions that enhance our product suite.
• Scaling AI Applications: Optimize and productionize AI features, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience
• Full Stack Engineering: Strong proficiency in backend and frontend development.
• AI & Machine Learning: Experience working with AI APIs (OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Hugging Face, etc.), LLMs, or building AI-driven applications.
• Cloud & Databases: Familiarity with cloud-based deployments, relational (MySQL/Oracle) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Fast Execution: Ability to move quickly, iterate, and optimize AI-based solutions.
