Position Overview:Finance’s Hyperion Reporting team is primarily responsible for creating, enhancing, and maintaining data cubes that are used for multiple critical business functions including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. As a professional on the team, you will get the experience understand Hyperion’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud capabilities as well as providing end user support as needed. Additionally, the team owns and supports the Workiva Wdesk application used to consolidate and publish the company’s financial statements and board reporting.
Our Impact:The Data Analytics Professional will help to maintain the Hyperion Reporting team’s relationships with cross-divisional internal partners and support the roadmap of future direction and application development. The professional will also provide technical and business support for the team’s applications including several Hyperion cubes that comprise the EPM Cloud as well as the Wdesk application. The professional will interact directly with internal users to assist with technical issues and support reporting.
Your Impact:Engage with partners to identify emerging needs and opportunities
Collaborate with the team to recognize patterns and relationships in data and see opportunities to monitor data quality
Demonstrate experience and application knowledge to analyze and resolve data issues
Apply understanding of data warehouse / database concepts, as well as experience in relational database structures, research methods, sampling techniques, and system testing
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or related quantitative field
3+ years data analytics/data science experience; 1+ years hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (Hyperion EPM Cloud)
Ability to translate sophisticated financial data into relevant analysis and presentations
Ability to understand and communicate well
Ability to work in a dynamic, constantly evolving business environment
Intellectually curious and strong attention to details and be able to multi-task
Ability to work well in a collaborative environment as well as individually
Experience working in a team environment including interacting with customers or partners

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $82,000 - $124,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
