The Impact You’ll Make

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Quality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing the Quality Management System (QMS) with focus on the Install Base performance data, creating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to work collaboratively with various functions at Lam’s worldwide locations.

What You’ll Do

• Collect, analyse, and interpret Install Base data, such as Quality and Installation & Warranty data (I&W)
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations
• Collaborate with stakeholder functions to understand data needs and provide actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validations and business reviews
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders
• Participate in the improvement projects and adopt changes of source data structure & systems
• Actively representing the Clean Product Line in the Digital Transformation Program (DT) for data management and system transformation in quality and I&W

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Business Process and Management Systems background
• Knowledge of data governance and data management principles is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with advanced data analysis techniques and tools
• Fundamental understanding and experience in quality management systems (QMS)
• Familiarity with product performance and financial modelling
• Technical background on Semiconductor Equipment
• Project management capabilities, leadership skills
• Experience in Quality methods like 8D
• Quality certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus
• Fluent English is a must, German language skills are beneficial
