In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Customer Experience Management (CEM) systems for fixed and mobile networks across EU markets. These systems enable the analysis of service performance from the customer's perspective, providing key insights to enhance service quality and optimize the user experience. You will work closely with internal teams and vendors to select the best technological solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational needs.
We are looking for a professional with a strong understanding of telecommunications networks, data analytics, and the deployment of OSS/IT systems in both cloud and on-premise environments. As part of an international team, you will lead engineering projects across multiple markets, coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring the efficient delivery of innovative customer experience solutions. Your analytical, project management, and communication skills will be essential in driving harmonization and continuous improvement of our CEM platforms.
What you bring:
- Engeneering degree.
- Understanding of telecom networks and services (fixed & mobile).
- Knowledge of Analytics and Big Data architectures and tools.
- Good communication and presentation skills as well as shtakeholder management experience.
- Adavanced English level.
