This is not a Sales/Key Account position
Main Purpose of role:
This role supports the Sales Operations function with a primary focus on Data Governance and system management, ensuring data accuracy and alignment across regional processes.
The Regional Specialist is the go-to person for data systems and key operational paths, working with global, regional, and local (Asia and EMEA) collaborators to:
- Ensure data accuracy and availability in accordance with business timelines.
- Develop and implement processes that drive efficiency and improve data governance (P2M and SAP focused).
- Support the successful execution of regional forecasting, product portfolio management, and planning processes.
Data Governance and Systems Management:
- Compile, verify, and sort regional information for systems such as P2M, HDM, Logility, and others.
- Monitor forecasting cycles to ensure data is accurate and available for each achievement.
- Apply data integrity techniques to maintain system compliance and identify process improvements.
- Train and support P2M users across regional markets.
Product Portfolio Management:
- Develop and maintain product portfolio reports (e.g., PPA documents, colourway tracking).
- Manage product lifecycle processes, including item setup, extensions, and SAP activation.
- Partner with regional and local teams to align product strategies with business objectives.
- Use Power BI and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
P2M Direction Alignment:
- Centralize tracking and governance of P2M data, ensuring alignment across systems (e.g., P2M to Logility).
- Identify and accurate discrepancies in Business Unit forecasts, removing inactive or unavailable items and materials.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning teams to ensure alignment between business units and regional priorities.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between global, regional, and local teams to improve processes and systems capabilities.
- Provide admin support for strategic projects (e.g., P2M forecast uploads corrections, E-commerce operations).
- Support Global UATs and data related queries impacting dashboards and/or data integrity (i.e. P2M/SAP/EDW).
Training and Development:
- Coordinate necessary P2M training on system updates and processes to collaborators.
- Develop resources to improve understanding and compliance with regional data standards.
- Work closely with offsite team members to handle key P2M administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications required
- Degree-level education, ideally in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience required
- 3-5 Years working experience in regional or global teams.
- Proven experience in data analysis, operations, and business process management.
- Familiarity with data management systems.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, consumer goods/commercial environment.
- Ability to interact and influence cross-functional teams at various levels.
- 3-5 yeas Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing, commercial, and financial principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Proficient in English.
- Collaborative and solution-focused.

- Curious and innovative.
- Tactical and financially aware.
