Position Overview

Jade Global is seeking an exceptional AI Pre-Sales Architect to lead the strategic growth of our dedicated Artificial Intelligence service line. This key role will be instrumental in strengthening our AI capabilities, refining our go-to-market strategy, developing compelling solutions, and guiding customers through their AI transformation journey. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor who can bridge the gap between business challenges and cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Solution Engineering

• Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects and clients to understand their business challenges and identify AI-driven solutions

• Create compelling solution architectures, proposals, demos, and presentations that demonstrate value and differentiation

• Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop winning strategies, and present solutions to senior executives

• Build and deliver custom proof-of-concepts and demonstrations that showcase our AI capabilities

• Provide accurate scoping, estimation, and technical input for proposals and statements of work

Client Advisory & AI Strategy

• Guide clients through the practical path to AI adoption from initial assessment to implementation

• Develop AI readiness assessments, maturity models, and implementation roadmaps

• Articulate clear business cases with quantifiable ROI for AI investments

• Advise clients on ethical AI considerations, governance models, and risk mitigation strategies

• Translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions for executive stakeholders

Practice Development

• Develop and formalize AI service line offerings, methodologies, and intellectual property

• Create reusable solution accelerators, reference architectures, and best practices

• Stay at the forefront of AI technology trends and evolve our service portfolio accordingly

• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful implementation

• Provide thought leadership through blogs, webinars, speaking engagements, and whitepapers

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 8+ years of consulting experience with at least 5 years focused on data and AI solutions

• Proven track record of architecting and selling complex AI/ML solutions to enterprise clients

• Deep technical expertise across the AI spectrum (traditional ML, deep learning, generative AI, agentic AI)

• Hands-on experience with major AI/ML platforms and frameworks (e.g., Azure AI, AWS AI Services, Google Cloud AI, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow)

• Strong understanding of data engineering, data science, and MLOps practices

• Experience guiding enterprise clients through AI strategy development and implementation

• Successful history of building multi-million dollar sales pipelines for AI or data services

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field (Master's preferred)

Technical Knowledge

• Comprehensive understanding of generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models) and their enterprise applications

• Experience with AI agent frameworks and orchestration (autonomous, semi-autonomous systems)

• Proficiency in at least one programming language used for AI/ML (Python preferred)

• Knowledge of data architecture patterns for AI workloads

• Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, and ethics frameworks

• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and infrastructure

• Working knowledge of modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
