Duties & Responsibilities

• Support Product Roadmap Development: Assist in refining and prioritizing our AI product roadmap through market research, data analysis, and competitive insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, UX, and marketing teams to help coordinate project tasks and gather customer feedback.
• Assist in Go-to-Market Activities: Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies, including the creation of sales materials and participation in customer advisory sessions.
• Prototype & Experiment: Help generate early prototypes to validate product ideas and gain quick insights from internal stakeholders and customers.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay current with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and data science to support innovative product improvements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Foundational Product Management Knowledge: Familiarity with core product management concepts through coursework or previous internships. See https://www.lennysnewsletter.com/podcast to learn about product management.
• Basic AI/ML Understanding: Exposure to AI and machine learning principles, with an eagerness to learn about practical applications in ERP systems.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work with data and perform basic analysis to inform product decisions.
• Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Agile Methodology: Basic understanding of Agile practices and the software development lifecycle is a plus.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Really any program is fine as long as you have had hands on experience building software.
• Demonstrated academic performance and an interest in product management and AI technologies.
• Explain and demonstrate how in LLMs and RAG work.
• Ability to lead discovery and validation interviews with customers and stakeholders

Additional Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, C#) to help engage with technical teams and validate concepts.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn) and/or prompt engineering for LLMs.
• Exposure to data analytics tools and methodologies.

Range:

Minimum: $20,000.00 USD Maximum: $50,000.00 USD
