Lifecycle Channel Services Program Manager and NSIs

Description -

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our global organization dedicated to expanding Lifecycle Services in the Channel. The primary focus of this role will be on ensuring that New Service Introductions (NSIs) are channel-ready and executing centrally designed initiatives worldwide. The Program Manager will work alongside local Business Development Managers (BDMs) worldwide, the Global Business Unit (GBU), and other key stakeholders.

This role is ideal for individuals who want to be part of an emerging HP business area poised for future growth and development. The ideal candidate should have strong business management skills, experience in channel services, NSIs, and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with New Service Introduction (NSI) teams to ensure services are channel-ready by considering partners’ feedback, service delivery considerations, and compensation implications. Proactively monitor and identify potential risks, developing mitigation plans as needed.
  • Facilitate channel communication and enablement for NSIs and service enhancements. Ensure that Channel Business Development Manager (BDMs) are thoroughly trained and equipped with the necessary materials to succeed.
  • Execute centrally designed initiatives on a global scale.
  • Act as a liaison between the GBU and markets, ensuring the implementation of global strategies and consideration of market feedback.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and communications to facilitate projects, ensuring timely delivery and that all objectives are met.
  • Develop project guidelines, contingency plans, objectives, and deliverables to drive successful outcomes.

Recommended Education & Experience

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 5- years of work experience, preferably in strategic management, strategic planning and implementation, consulting, market research, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $82,800 to $125,050 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
