Sales Analytics Specialist

Job Description

Danfoss Climate Solutions Segment is looking for a Sales Analytics Specialist to join our Sales Excellence & Analytics team to help create, automate and improve our analytical data solutions that help Sales, Leadership and other roles to analyze their data.

The team boosts sales performance by providing tools, training, and analytics for customer interactions. We focus on high data quality, strong process governance, and user-friendly systems to support sales models, while collaborating with local sales teams to share customer insights.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

· Design intuitive and interactive dashboards for front-line sales and management.

· Engage with users to provide training and support for dashboard usage.

· Develop data models, transformations, and ETL processes to ensure accurate and reliable data.

· Automate and optimize reporting and analytics workflows.

· Take ownership of existing data models, dashboards, and processes.

· Test, troubleshoot, and resolve data or technical issues.

· Contribute to improving and maintaining data quality.

· Create new KPIs to track progress and performance of processes and projects

Background & Skills

· Master's degree or expected graduation this year in Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate in an international environment.

· Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

· A passion for using digital tools to increase efficiency for yourself and others.

· Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

· Experience programming in Python, R, SQL, Matlab, SAS, or similar languages.

· Experience working with large datasets and databases.

To thrive in this role, you must be a collaborative team player with core expertise, while also capable of working independently to solve complex problems. You should have strong analytical skills and a passion for presenting and communicating data, dashboards, and KPIs.

The following qualifications are a plus, but not required:

· Experience working within internal teams and organizations.

· Familiarity with Fabric, Power BI, DAX, and DAX(M).

· Experience in creating and presenting dashboards and analytics products.

· Knowledge or experience with Artificial Intelligence.
