We are actively seeking a Senior Advanced Data Engineer/Analyst - Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) to join our growing Automation practice. As a federal contractor, you will work on a DOD client-facing role, providing guidance for full life cycle IT programs and supporting the development of AI and automation solutions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
- Create technical visions for solutions and design, develop, and manage new or improved solutions
- Provide recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions
- Advocate for process improvements and communicate new features and benefits to stakeholders
- Review and validate solution designs and document requirements for proposed solutions
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders and provide end-to-end technical leadership to a team
- Develop proof-of-concept projects to validate proposed solutions
Education, Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
- US citizenship required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have the ability to obtain a successful DoD Federal Background Investigation/DoD SECRET security clearance
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience or a master's degree in computer science or related field
- Project and program management and leadership skills with the ability to grow client footprint
- Federal Defense agency experience and awareness of Federal and DoD Government resources
- Knowledge of IT asset management, network engineering, cloud standards, and cybersecurity concepts
- Experience with cloud services, DevOps, API architecture, AI, ML, and RPA
- Understanding of ITIL, Agile, service-oriented architecture, and lean six sigma process improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in computer science or related field
- Experience designing medium to large-sized software applications in the cloud and/or container environment
