Are you an accomplished AI and Machine Learning specialist who thrives on turning groundbreaking machine learning advances into real-world impact? We’re seeking a Senior AI and Machine Learning Engineer to help shape the future of our AI-driven products and solutions. What You’ll Do:

• Lead Cutting-Edge AI/ML Projects

  • Collaborate on end-to-end development of AI/ML products, including requirements gathering, prototyping, model training, testing, and deployment.

  • Drive innovation in areas such as search using embeddings and vector search, ChatBOT/VoiceBOT solutions (Completions, RAG, Fine-tuning), and process automations.

• Deliver Impactful Generative AI Solutions

  • Leverage your 12+ months of Generative AI (LLM) experience with major platforms (Gemini/GCP, OpenAI/Azure) to build next-level applications.

  • Design prompts (one-shot, multi-shot) and integrate advanced techniques like adapter tuning, HITL/RLHF, embeddings, and vector search to achieve breakthrough results.

• Accelerate Business Outcomes with Google Cloud Platform

  • Take ownership of Generative AI model management, monitoring, and deployment on Google Cloud Vertex AI.

  • Analyze and optimize large-scale datasets with BigQuery (SQL, BQML, Looker Studio), bringing data-driven insights to enhance model performance.

• Influence the Full Product Lifecycle

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, user teams, and technical partners to ensure smooth releases and ongoing improvements.

  • Participate in an Agile environment—engaging in story grooming, prioritization, and release planning for continuous product evolution.

• Integrate & Scale

  • Seamlessly integrate your solutions with internal web, IVR, call center systems, and more.

  • Ensure robust testing and documentation to maintain high standards of reliability and user satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering ML solutions in areas like data classification, image classification, data extraction, and search/chat.

• Deep Expertise in AI/ML:

  • Solid foundation in Neural Networks (RNN, CNN, GANs), Transformers, Reinforcement Learning, Transfer Learning.

  • Proficient in Python and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe, Theano).

  • Skilled in advanced Generative AI techniques, prompt engineering, tuning, embeddings, and vector search.

• Google Cloud Proficiency:

  • Expert in Vertex AI for model deployment, monitoring, metrics, and management.

  • Experienced with BigQuery for data analytics, pipeline orchestration, and dashboards.

  • Familiarity with GCP services including GKE, Auto ML, App Engine, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Cloud Data Store, and SQL.

• Strong Collaborative Spirit:

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with diverse teams (product, UX, business) and articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

  • Agile mindset with a passion for continuous learning, iterative development, and knowledge sharing.
