The Product Analyst AI/Machine Learning intern will gain hands-on experience enhancing and supporting QualityHQ and AgentiQ, Mr. Cooper's AI products. The intern will be exposed to a mix of design, tech, and business acumen to automate manual tasks with AI technology.

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Develop functional technical specifications, diagrams, and use cases to define product enhancements.
• Story writing to break down business requirements.
• Testing of AI models and product support of AI products.

 Basic Qualifications 

• Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university or have graduated within one year of start date (June 2025) 
• Pursuing a degree in computer science, business, or related field
• Great problem-solving and communication skills
• Interested in the latest technology and trends in AI
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, SQL, Figma, and LucidChart is strongly preferred 
• Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (Currently, our organization is unable to support candidates that are on OPT, CPT or candidates that will need sponsorship, now or in the future)
