E2E Process and Data Specialist

We are now seeking a temporary E2E Process and Data Specialist to help us further building the future of food. You will report to Head of Process & Data and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe – Finland, UK, Belgium, Sweden, Estonia and Spain.

In this specialist role you will have the opportunity to support the Supply Chain (SC) business function, having a holistic process, data and business solution overview. The focus area for this position is Supply Chain data, reporting and analytics.

There is a main project within our company that you will be working on (Horizon) and where you will support the migration and reporting team. Next to this, you will support various Supply Chain business functions with optimizing existing reports and building new reports. 

What you will do

• Translate business requirements into data and reporting requirements 

• Model data with the aim of generating (Power) BI reports that supports the business and their decision making 

• Drive and contribute to reporting projects/demands in collaboration with various stakeholders (business, IT) 

• Share (power) BI knowledge and experience in our reporting community 

• Train and support business key-users in utilizing reporting and analytics 

• Lead/support the SC business in process, data and solution related initiatives, including business transformation projects (Horizon). 

• Identify and analyse potential process and data improvements, supported by data insights 

• Design, map and analyse processes and related data in collaboration with business stakeholders. 

• Support, identify and/or drive process harmonization and standardization together with business stakeholders. 

• Be an important stakeholder in our process and data governance structure to ensure (data) quality and integrity 

What we expect from you

You would be a great fit if your background and experience would look similar to this:

• Technical knowledge of data analysis tools (like SQL, Power BI), understanding of data warehousing (like Snowflake) and data lakes. 

• Proven experience in data visualization tools (like Power BI)  

• Experience with data modelling combining data from different source-systems (like ERP, MES). 

• Strong analytical skills to understand complex data sets. 

• Good business acumen, focused on supply chain 

• Skill to translate business requirements into solution and technical data insights  

• Driver of reporting projects/demands 

• Challenged and motivated to translate complex requests into solutions 

• Fluency in English on a professional level, both oral and written
