[L4] Assistant Manager, Pricing Operation Management(Deep Learning)

What will you do?:

- Lead a team of 10-ish members, overseeing performance tracking, allocating manpower based on project needs, and adjusting workflows to ensure efficiency and meet evolving requirements. 
- Work with deep learning models by generating large training datasets through data labeling or human feedback. Implement 'human-in-the-loop' strategies in these projects to strengthen the models for both supervised and semi-supervised learning. 
- Track and report on key performance metrics for pricing projects, identifying trends and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance performance.
- Evaluate process inefficiencies, providing actionable recommendations to optimize workflows and improve overall project outcomes. 
- Perform quality assessments on temporary staff output, delivering targeted training and coaching to address performance gaps and improve accuracy.

Basic Requirements:

- Proven experience in operational analysis (experience in Image Annotation, Text Annotation, Audio Transcription, Video Annotation, Sentiment Analysis, Entity Linking, Bounding Box Annotation, etc. is a strong plus) 
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel advance functions (must-have), basic SQL (must-have), and Lucidchart (nice to have) 
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members, driving each operator to perform at their best 
- Strong attention to detail, with a patient, proactive mindset and independent problem-solving abilities 
- Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders (especially engineering & data science teams)
