Role Overview : 

Manage actual works and productivity of operators to make them perform against goals (SLA) based on the price operation process, thereby making a reasonable product offer to customers based on the optimal pricing

What will you do? 

• Performance tracking: Monitor and report key performance metrics for pricing operations, extract insights, detect defects, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance overall operations throughput and achieve project goals.
• Process optimization: Evaluate and identify process inefficiencies, providing actionable recommendations to optimize workflows and improve project outcomes.
• Deep learning model development: Work with deep learning models by generating large training datasets through data labeling or human feedback. Implement 'human-in-the-loop' strategies in these projects to strengthen the models for both supervised and semi-supervised learning. 

Basic Requirements: 

• Proven experience in operational analysis (experience in Image Annotation, Text Annotation, Audio Transcription, Video Annotation, Sentiment Analysis, Entity Linking, Bounding Box Annotation, etc. is a strong plus)
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel advance functions (must-have), basic SQL (a strong plus), and Lucidchart (nice to have)
• Strong attention to detail, with a patient, proactive mindset and independent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members, driving each operator to perform at their best
