At Samsara, we are helping improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. Representing more than 40% of global GDP, these industries are the infrastructure of our planet, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing — and we are excited to help digitally transform their operations at scale.

As part of a recently public company, you’ll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term.

This role is open to candidates residing in Canada.

You should apply if:

In this role, you will:

  • Complete large scale data sourcing, enrichment, and validation projects using a variety of tools and creative techniques to expand the capture of Samsara’s global TAM
(total addressable market) within the CRM.
  • Take charge of improving and maintaining our CRM's account hierarchy, industry standardization, and duplicate management processes. This includes managing the source of truth designation, related technology and data vendors, and executing data updates to maintain clean CRM data.
  • Run analysis on the health of the CRM, changes over time, and identify areas for further improvement and automation.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices, data vendors and technology to champion advancements in CRM data quality and usability at Samsara. Leverage your experience and knowledge to establish yourself as a thought leader in enhancing CRM data for Sales and Marketing use.
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.

Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations or Database Management at a B2B SaaS tech company.
  • Exhibit a strong bias for action, driven by execution and progress, while maintaining a strategic, long-term perspective.
